Currently, DaviPlata El Salvador does not support sending money internationally. The platform is designed for domestic use, helping users manage their finances within El Salvador. However, users can receive international remittances through partners like Ria Money Transfer, with funds deposited directly into their DaviPlata accounts.

To ensure compliance with banking regulations, DaviPlata has established transaction limits for deposits and balances: 

• Maximum amount per transaction: $1,095.00 USD
• The maximum balance allowed in your account: $2,190.00 USD 
• Maximum cash withdrawal per transaction at ATMs and Financial Agents: $600.00 USD

To send money to a DaviPlata account, you will need: 

• The recipient’s mobile phone number – This serves as their unique DaviPlata account identifier. 
• The recipient’s full name – To ensure the funds are sent to the correct person. 

With this information, you can transfer money from another DaviPlata account or from a Banco Davivienda savings account at no additional cost. 

Transfers between DaviPlata accounts or Banco Davivienda savings accounts are instant. For international remittances, the processing time depends on the money transfer service used, but funds are generally available in minutes. 

Yes! You can withdraw money from your DaviPlata account in the following ways: 

• Davivienda ATMs – Withdraw cash without a physical card by generating a withdrawal code from the DaviPlata app.
