The Offer will apply to the fee charged to the New Customer for the provision of the Ria money remittance service, on the occasion of New Customer’s first money remittance to a designated beneficiary provided New Customer quotes the promotion code “WELCOMERIAUK” at the time of sending the Ria money remittance. . The Offer will apply solely to such first Ria money remittance of New Customer initiated at a retail location of Ria (to exclude digital money remittances initiated online) in the United Kingdom during the Offer Period.

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by Ria Financial Services Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 04263192 whose registered address is at 7th Floor, North Block, 55 Baker Street, London, United Kingdom, W1U 7EU, that offers money remittance services (hereinafter referred to as “RIA”). RIA is an agent of Euronet Payment Services Limited who has an international network for the payment of money remittances (“Euronet”). Euronet is a payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom under registration number 504630, whose company registration is 6975932 and whose registered office is located at 7th Floor, North Block, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU.

The Promotion is regulated by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1.Eligibility

This Promotion is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 (eighteen) years or over at the time of sending a money remittance using the RIA Money Transfer mobile application (the “App”) or the RIA Money Transfer website www.riamoneytransfer.com/en-gb (the “Website”), and who satisfy the “Promotion Criteria” requirements set out at Section 4 below (the “Customer”).

RIA agents are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

RIA physical stores are excluded from this Promotion.

2.Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on April 1^st, 2025, at 00:00 a.m. and ends on April 30^th, 2025 at 23:59 p.m. (times are GMT/BST as applicable) (“Promotion Period”).

3.The Promotion

RIA will provide Customer a top-up voucher of £5 (five) Great British Pound (the “Voucher”), to be used from May 1^st to May 31^st 2025, in a remittance order placed through the App or the Website only, if the “Promotion Criteria” requirements set out in Section 4 below are satisfied.

4.Promotion Criteria

During the Promotion Period, the Customer must contract the RIA money remittance service through the App or the Website, in the territory of the United Kingdom, and place a remittance order of a minimum of £50 (fifty) Great British Pounds payable to a designated beneficiary (the “Order”).

If the Order is successfully processed and completed in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, RIA will send Customer a message informing they have earned the Voucher, and then on May 1^st 2025 RIA will send Customer the Voucher.

• For Orders placed through the App, both the message and the Voucher will be sent to the App inbox and to their registered email address if they have agreed to receive emails from RIA.
• For Orders placed through the Website, the Customer must agree to receive emails from RIA to get both, the message and the Voucher in their registered email address. If Customer does not agree to receive emails from RIA, the Voucher will not be sent.

The Voucher can only be used once, from May 1^st to May 31^st, 2025, on a new remittance order placed via the App or the Website, and it will add £5 (five) Great British Pounds to the amount sent. It cannot be combined with any other RIA discount, promotion or promo code.

Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Participation in the Promotion is strictly conditional on Customer complying with these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions that apply to the relevant RIA money remittance, which have been separately notified to and agreed with the Customer.

5.General conditions

The Promotion may not be substituted, assigned, or transferred by the Customer and no alternative is offered.

RIA reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw the Promotion if it reasonably suspects or finds a violation of these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions applicable to the RIA money remittance service.  

RIA shall not bear responsibility for any inaccurate information received from the Customer; for the delay in the availability of a RIA money remittance to a designated beneficiary; or suspension or cancellation of a RIA money remittance in accordance with RIA’s terms and conditions and/or laws and regulations applicable to the RIA money remittance service.   

Insofar as is permitted by law, RIA will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of RIA or its employees.  The Customer’s statutory rights are not affected.

6.Data Privacy

RIA’s Privacy Policy sets out the terms on which any personal data collected from Customers is processed by RIA, or that Customers otherwise provide or have provided to RIA. By using the RIA money remittance service, Customers acknowledge having read and understood RIA Privacy Notice for such processing. 7.Law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the Customers shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
